Bill Remy is an accomplished business executive and leader frequently called upon for his honesty, pragmatism, and leadership experience to help clients improve performance for themselves and their organizations. He is highly competitive, has a bias for action, and strongly believes that speed wins every time. Bill encourages his clients to focus on their people and processes to accelerate their capabilities for driving change, increasing flexibility, and incorporating responsiveness into everything they do.

 

Most recently as Chairman and CEO of TBM Consulting Group, an ESOP-owned, global operations consulting firm, Bill lead the development of strategic growth initiatives and managed the ownership structure, organizational development, and international expansion. He maintained several key client relationships and served as a trusted advisor to Vermeer Corporation, Carlisle, Electromac, and several prominent private equity firms and their portfolio companies. In 2016 Bill lead the organization through capital restructuring, strategic repositioning, and branding, service line rationalization expanding to drive sustainable growth.

 

Bill’s career expertise includes deep knowledge of operational performance improvement, site transitions, acquisition integration, new product development, and supply chain management. He is respected as a credible voice for the management and improvement of organizations with complex supply chains and medium- to large-scale, multi-faceted assembly and test operations. His career experience spans leadership roles in operations, supply chain, and continuous improvement in aerospace and defense, railway, industrial and agricultural equipment, technology, and process automation.  His experience was gained with companies such as Lockheed, Invensys, Thayer Aerospace, Learjet, and Allied-Signal.

 

Bill holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University with an emphasis in Operations Research.  He also holds a certificate from the University of Arizona in Data Analytics.

 

Bill has served on multiple for-profit and non-profit boards of directors including TBM Consulting Group, Pancon Corporation, Royal Cameron Corporation, and Cancer Support Community of Arizona.
